1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CineRadars ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CineRadars provides an online platform connecting casting directors, producers, and other industry employers ("Employers") with actors, models, and production crew ("Talent"). We facilitate the posting of casting calls, applications, and direct communication between verified users.

3. User Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • CineRadars reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Platform Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Platform (such as applying to roles or unlocking candidate contact information) require the use of CineRadars Credits. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing and credit conversion rates are subject to change with prior notice.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any portfolios, images, videos, or casting calls ("User Content") you submit. By uploading User Content, you grant CineRadars a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

6. Employer and Talent Conduct

  • Employers: Must only post legitimate, verifiable casting calls and employment opportunities. Spamming or phishing is strictly prohibited.
  • Talent: Must only provide truthful representations of their skills, physical attributes, and experience.
  • Users agree to communicate professionally and respectfully. Harassment or abuse of any kind will result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

CineRadars acts solely as a venue connecting Employers and Talent. We are not responsible for the outcome of any casting decisions, the conduct of users offline, or the safety of any production sets. Users engage with one another at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineRadars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
